Shepherd Boys This is the other of the two larger cards, the aperture measures 105 x 135mm (4⅛ x 5¼ inches). There are 7 thread colours in this design. Most of the threads used are regular Anchor 6 stranded cottons but I have also used Anchor Marlett, a white rayon thread that gives a nice sheen to the star. This design does include a number of other stitches as it is difficult to achieve a degree of realism in such a small pattern without including some half stitches and backstitches but I have tried to keep these to the minimum. The kits include a high quality aperture card and white envelope. These cards are available in several colours; Dark, Rich Blue, Textured Hammered White and Bright Red.
